If I could give them no stars I would I have two cases with them and I have yet to be paid I keep getting the run around everytime I ask to speak to someone on my case ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY NO LONGER WORK THERE! OR THE PERSON IS ON VACATION I wish I would’ve did more research and went with another law firm.

Totally wouldnt recommend this lawfirm. At first they will call you until you give them your case. When they finally, convence you and have your case they dont care anymore. And everytime you call to get and update seems like they get annoyed. So unproffesional!

Do not use this firm. They closed my case stating that I cursed them out (why would I do that, I needed their assistance) and would not go to the doctor (I did) and discussed my case with a family member without my knowledge. I was following up with them and they gave me very detailed notes on my account which were not mines and I said that those notes must be from someone else because I never said any of those things and she proceeded to tell me the calls are recorded and my response was " Great, I'll hold while you go grab that audio" and she said I'll call you back in 15 minutes, never received a call back. When I called back 2 days later, they proceeded with the same BS. I would STRONGLY advise you to go somewhere else. Maybe my case isn't as profitable as most, and if that's the case then they should've said so, but I did not deserve this treatment. Not reputable at all! RUN! Check the other reviews!!!

I was a client with them a few years ago, I was trying to open up another case with them, but thanks to the case worker Emily Ruiz she was rude af and her tone was ugly and very sarcastic.. never again. Thank you.

Be cautious before working with this company. They may say whatever is necessary to sign you as a client, but once you’re on board, they seem to lose interest. I experienced a complete lack of follow-up for 40 days and was met with unprofessional and rude behavior when I called for an update. Cindy, in particular, accused me of calling too often and being angry, despite my reasonable attempts to get an update. This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
